Age Range: 6 -12 years old 

Activity Timing: 45 minutes 

Materials: Paper, Tape, PVA glue, Water, Paint brush, Blue paint and Black Paint

Instructions:

1. Fold the paper into the shape of the hippo

2. Use tape to hold the shape of the hippo

3. Mix PVA glue with water

4. Dip strips of paper into the mixture

5. Cover the hippo with the strips of paper and wait until dry

6. Paint your paper hippo blue

7. Use black paint to add the plants and other details
