To celebrate the Post-Impressionism: Beyond Appearances exhibition, Louvre Abu Dhabi and Fouquet’s have brought this prolific era to life with a first of its kind menu. Inspired by Cézanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh, and Seurat, Chef Balveer Balkisson recreated their brushstrokes and vibrant colours in four-courses.

From Van Gogh’s swirling emotion within a cauliflower puree to geometric arrangements honouring Cezanne's love for structure forms, each dish invites diners to dive into the unique styles of Post-Impressionism.

This exclusive limited-edition menu will be available at Fouquet’s throughout the Post-Impressionism: Beyond Appearances exhibition, running until 9 February 2025. Guests can enjoy this art-inspired dining experience daily from 12 PM to 11 PM on all days the restaurant is open.
